--I apologize to those of you who have been waiting for an icon from me. I've just gotten so busy now with real life issues, so I don't have the time to make icons at the moment... Not to mention my computer is next to dead so it makes it next to impossible to get anything done.

~Warning to Watchers!!: I am prone to upload a bunch of free icons at once. I apologize in advance for spamming your devwatch inboxes.~

Icon Rules!!

1. Unless it says "Free Icon" in the title, you may not use it (unless you are the person it was made for.)

2. All Free Icons are for DEVIANTART ONLY!! Do not use them off the site without permission.

3. Send ALL icon requests through NOTES. It makes it easier to keep track of things. Requests in comments won't be accepted.

4. When requesting for an icon, try to be descriptive so I can do it the way you want it.

5. Requests on the front page will NOT be accepted (since I tend not to look at my front page much.) I'd prefer it if you sent all requests through Notes!

6. If you are going to request an icon use it for at least more than two weeks.

7. When I make you an icon, don't request another one immediately after. (There are other people who'd like to get their requests in.)

8. Please refrain from sending icon requests to my other accounts because I haven't been on this account in a while, or because I haven't answered you. I do have a life other than making icons, and it's annoying when I receive notes on other accounts saying I haven't been on this one. I'll get to your note eventually, so please be patient with me.

9. I won't take on more than 15 requests at a time. If my request list below is full DO NOT send icon requests until a slot is open. If you do, I will delete your request from my inbox and you'll have to resend it when a slot is open.

10. If for whatever reason you do NOT read my rules (and I'll know, since most ask questions that are already answered here) then I will ignore your request and not make you an icon.

ALSO!! When you send in a request please refrain from "hi, can you make me an icon?" notes. I don't mind if you ask, but after your first "introductory" sentence please DESCRIBE IN DETAIL (and/or send a link to a reference of what you want). Be sure you do this in you FIRST note. It makes everything go a lot faster and can get you your icon faster as well.

I originally didn't want to put rules up, but I felt the need to do so.
If you do not follow these rules properly than you cannot use any of my icons, and I will not fill any requests by you.
I know, I'm evil.
